The specification of our Patented Design Dual Layer 100% TPE Foam Material for Sandal Shoe Sole Material
The Dual-Layer SR foam is synthetic rubber foam that filed with patent, it is ductile, anti-skid, and has excellent cold resistance (-40℃) and wearing resistance. Komat produces the sole as dual layers with different hardness (upper layer: Asker C 20, bottom layer: Asker C 35).
The upper layer of sole is ductile and flexible which provides an extra comfort while the bottom layer is anti-skid and has good wearing resistance which further improves the durability. In addition, due to the disparate hardness design, the sole appears a slight curve shape which provides comfort while walking.
